Please be advised that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) for Watson Place Property Owners Association, Inc (the Association) intends to conduct a regular Board Meeting at 7:00 pm on September 22, 2026, at 104 Floyds Run, Bertram, TX  78701.

           At the September 22, 2026, Board Meeting, the Board may discuss and/or take formal action concerning the following matters:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

(1)   Read in minutes from previous Board Actions dated February 18, 2026 taken to amend minutes of 2026 annual Members meeting.

OLD BUSINESS

(1)   No old business

NEW BUSINESS

(1)   Consideration to follow Roberts’s Rules of Order in subsequent Board, Special and Annual Members Meetings.

(2)   Discuss road maintenance options.

(3)   Discuss and amend 2026 budget for legal fees.

(4)   Discuss failures of the Architectural Control Committee and Resolutions, review associated legal guidance.
